United States, Texas, San Angelo 940 Gateway Drive (Show on map) Sep 09, 2026 Detailed Description Under the supervision of the Supply Chain Warehouse & Distribution Manager, the Warehouse Coordinator I is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, safeguarding materials, and supporting operational needs through timely and efficient material handling. This position plays a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy, compliance with safety standards, and uninterrupted field and operations support. Job Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) Knowledge of well-servicing and drilling materials and equipment

Working knowledge of inventory control practices and principles

Strong organizational skills for alpha-numeric filing and recordkeeping

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts

Ability to understand and follow safety and operational procedures

Proficiency in warehouse inventory control systems Essential Functions Operate warehouse inventory control systems to maintain accurate inventory records

Maintain physical control and security of inventory, including keeping inventory areas locked

Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments to verify accuracy against shipping instructions

Record all inventory transactions to prevent loss, damage, or pilferage

Conduct weekly physical inventories and report results to Operations Superintendents

Determine and communicate re-order quantities in coordination with Operations

Retrieve, document, and distribute materials and supplies as requisitioned and approved

Participate in or lead safety meetings, hazard hunts, and ensure JSA compliance

Report unsafe acts, conditions, or hazards immediately

Follow all company policies, procedures, and supervisory instructions

Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED

Less than two (2) years of related warehouse or inventory experience

Ability to understand and communicate in English for safety and operational purposes Preferred Certifications Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) Additional Details (Working Conditions & Physical Demands) This position requires medium physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly. The role involves standing, walking, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping, and repetitive hand motions. Work may occur indoors and outdoors, with exposure to noise, moving mechanical parts, vehicles, electrical equipment, high heat, and chemicals. Shifts may exceed eight hours, and the role requires adherence to all safety and environmental standards.
