We have an opening for a Technical Support/Distribution Assistant. We are interested in employing a reliable, highly motivated, candidate to join our team. Schedule is full-time weekdays. Candidate must be able to reliably commute to our downtown San Antonio office and have a reliable vehicle to travel between our Austin and San Antonio offices. Job duties include but are not limited to: Troubleshoots and diagnoses basic problems with computer equipment. Performs minor maintenance and repair on equipment. Provides basic technical support to staff in person, via email, chat and/or phone regarding various computer related issues. Helps identify and troubleshoot account and access related issues including password changes, identity verification and support for alternate access. Manages help desk tickets in a timely manner. Responsible for regular interoffice equipment/document/mail deliveries and support (San Antonio and Austin offices). Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401
