Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction General Laborer, where your energy and dedication will help bring building projects to life! In this vital role, you will assist skilled tradespeople by performing essential manual tasks, ensuring safety, and maintaining a clean and organized worksite. Duties Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and setting up equipment Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning work areas Help with the installation of construction components under supervision Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and reporting hazards promptly Operate basic machinery and tools as trained and authorized Ensure the worksite remains organized, tidy, and compliant with safety standards Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team Basic understanding of construction safety practices; willingness to obtain necessary certifications if required Reliable transportation to job sites; flexibility to work various shifts or overtime as needed Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates Embark on an energetic career path in construction!
