Overview RXL Inc is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler / MES Clerk to support warehouse operations and production tracking. This role combines hands-on material handling with data entry responsibilities in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), ensuring accurate tracking of materials and jobs within the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products Pick, pack, and prepare materials for production or shipment Transport materials safely using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment Maintain organized inventory and warehouse areas Follow all safety guidelines and procedures Enter and update data in the MES for jobs currently running in production Record material usage and track job progress in the system Verify accuracy of production and inventory data Generate reports and assist with audits as needed Communicate with production and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies Qualifications Previous warehouse, material handling, or inventory experience Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain Experience with MES, ERP, or similar systems is a plus Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy within a fast paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills
