In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Duties Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure safe handling of goods Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing order picking techniques and inventory management software Maintain accurate records through data entry into warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and AS400 platforms Conduct regular stock counts and inventory management activities to ensure stock accuracy and identify discrepancies promptly Assist with shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping & receiving documentation, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations Support warehouse distribution tasks such as stocking shelves, packaging products securely, and loading trucks efficiently Uphold safety standards by following proper procedures during load & unload activities and operating equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts responsibly Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or related roles; familiarity with warehouse distribution is highly preferred Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation Basic math skills for counting, measurements, and verifying quantities accurately Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one; experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners is advantageous Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills to maintain precise inventory records Knowledge of shipping & receiving processes along with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards is a plus Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently Physical stamina to stand, lift heavy items safely, load & unload trucks, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Join us today to contribute your skills in a vibrant warehouse environment!
