Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Furniture Warehouse & Logistics Associate to join our store team. In this role, you will play a critical part in keeping our retail and warehouse operations running smoothly—from offloading inventory off incoming trucks to preparing customer orders for delivery. Key Responsibilities Receiving & Unloading:
Unload freight trucks, inspect incoming furniture shipments for damage, and reconcile inventory against packing slips.
Warehouse Organization & Maintenance:
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, safe, and accessible at all times.
Furniture Assembly:
Unbox, build, and inspect furniture pieces to ensure top quality before staging or display.
Delivery Staging:
Accurately pull and stage merchandise for daily customer deliveries and customer pickups.
Waste Management & Dump Runs:
Maintain store cleanliness by managing cardboard disposal, trash removal, and making routine dump/recycle runs using company vehicles or trailers.
Facility Support:
Assist with floor displays and moving furniture on the showroom floor as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements Physical Capability:
Ability to heavy lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 75+ lbs regularly (with assistance when needed).
Driver's License:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for dump runs and staging transfers).
Hand Tool Experience:
Familiarity with basic hand and power tools for assembling furniture efficiently.
Dependability:
Strong work ethic, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently or with a team. Attention to
Detail:
Ability to catch damaged freight early and follow assembly instructions accurately.
Pay:
From $14.00 per hour
