Adecco is urgently seeking a General Laborer. This role will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing and production of elastomer products in a safe, efficient, and quality-focused environment. This role assists production personnel with various tasks throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring production schedules are met and company quality and safety standards are maintained. They are prepping the workspace for the machinist who are doing the work. moving the completed mold to the shipping area Washing the materials for the machinist to complete the molding process. Packaging the molds afterwards to be stacked and shipped Essential Functions Perform duties to assist in production of elastomer products as needed Prepare raw materials, components, and production equipment for department manufacturing operations Follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements throughout all production activities Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and workplace safety Adheres to all company health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self, staff and visitors Perform other incidental and related duties and tasks as required and assigned Required Competencies Strong communication skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently or effectively as part of a team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and ability to multitask Qualifications Experience with or knowledge of elastomer processes a plus Ability to observe and understand safety and security procedures along with proper use of equipment and materials Ability to read and understand tape measures and calipers as well as basic math skills High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to read, write and speak in the English language

Pay Details:
