Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and safe warehouse practices. Your proactive approach will help us meet customer demands, optimize warehouse distribution, and maintain high standards of safety and quality. Duties Receive, unload, and load shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scanners to ensure safe handling of goods Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately using order picking techniques and inventory management software to meet customer specifications Maintain precise inventory records through data entry in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems like AS400 or MRPs Organize stock in designated areas, perform stocking duties, and ensure proper packaging for shipment to uphold trade compliance and international trade regulations Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to support inventory accuracy and stock control Assist with shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers for timely dispatches and deliveries while adhering to shipping & receiving protocols Support warehouse safety protocols by operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks responsibly, conducting safety inspections, and following OSHA guidelines Skills Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems like AS400 or MRPs, and Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation Strong understanding of warehouse operations including order fulfillment, stocking, packing, shipping logistics, and trade compliance regulations Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring quantities, and processing data accurately Excellent data entry skills combined with attention to detail to ensure precise recordkeeping Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and external partners Knowledge of international trade regulations and shipping & receiving procedures to ensure compliance during order processing Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels our success! $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
