UTEX Industries is looking for a dependable and motivated Material Handler to support production operations by moving materials and products between departments. This role is essential to keeping production running efficiently and ensuring materials are delivered safely and on time throughout the facility. As a Material Handler Your responsibilities will include: Move raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods throughout the facility Deliver materials to production areas and transport completed products to shipping or storage Load, unload, stage, organize, and relocate materials as needed Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, or other material handling equipment Verify labels, quantities, and part numbers before transporting materials Assist multiple departments including Production, Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse Maintain accurate inventory and movement documentation Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards What We're Looking For:
0+ years of manufacturing experience High school diploma or GED or 1+ years of relevant work experience Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Work Environment:
You'll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily. PPE and steel-toed footwear are required. Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Why UTEX?
