Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely to load and unload shipments, move stock, and organize inventory Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to accurately track inventory levels, process orders, and update stock records Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using picking & packing techniques aligned with shipping & receiving standards Stock shelves efficiently while maintaining organized storage areas for quick access and optimal warehouse flow Assist with order fulfillment by accurately selecting items based on order picker instructions and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) data Load and unload trucks safely while adhering to safety protocols and proper handling procedures Support shipping & receiving processes by verifying shipment accuracy, preparing packing lists, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the warehouse environment to promote a secure workspace Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided Familiarity with warehouse management systems (such as AS400) or similar inventory software is advantageous Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is highly desirable; certification is a plus Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and verifying shipment quantities Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with experience in order picking & packing processes Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy and safety standards Join us as a Warehouse Associate where your energy fuels our success!
