Warehouse Associate Pay:

$15.00-$17.00/hour Position Overview The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse and delivery operations by working closely with multiple teams across the company. This role includes assisting with deliveries, cabinet preparation, material handling, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. This position requires flexibility, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset, as employees may assist different departments as needed to help keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Material Handling Open, inspect, and stage cabinets for builders and production teams Review pick tickets to ensure all items and modifications are correct before distribution Safely move materials throughout the warehouse using proper lifting techniques Assist with inventory tasks including counting, sorting, and organizing materials Warehouse Organization & Operations Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment Remove trash, break down cardboard, and keep work areas clear and safe Organize shelves, pallets, and storage areas to support efficient workflow Wrap, label, and stage completed cabinets for delivery or storage Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines at all times Preferred Qualifications Forklift experience is a plus Experience using power tools is preferred but not required What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work well in a team environment Attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to lift and move materials safely Flexibility to assist in different areas as needed Position Summary The Material Handler & Warehouse Associate plays an important role in supporting warehouse efficiency and successful deliveries.
