Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately pulling, preparing, and shipping customer orders, performing powder coating preparation tasks, assembling product components, and loading with forklift. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Schedule:
3:00pm-11:30pm Monday-Friday
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily: Order Fulfillment & Shipping Pull ground orders accurately for UPS and FedEx shipments. Pull products for freight orders, stack onto pallets, and secure using wrapping and banding. Verify orders before shipping to ensure accuracy. Label orders with correct packing slips and shipping labels. Powder Coating & Preparation Unload products from powder carts and wrap for shipping. Load products onto powder carts, requiring bending, lifting, and twisting. Pressure wash and prepare products for powder coating. Assembly & Finishing Assemble housings, including installing doors, applying gaskets, and adding keyed locks. Apply vinyl decals to pedestals. Drill holes as needed for product customization. Forklift Operation Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse. Inspect forklift before use and report any maintenance issues. Follow all safety guidelines for forklift operation.
QUALIFICATIONS
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required for this position. Education and/or
Experience :
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Computer Skills

  • Assist the organization with establishing practices that align with ISO requirements. Language Ability
  • For business and safety reasons, ability to write reports and business correspondence in English and effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, technicians, and assemblers in English.
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
