We're looking for someone who is trainable, a fast learner, and highly motivated . This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you'll manage inventory, coordinate freight, pick and stage orders, operate a forklift, and help keep our warehouse organized and running efficiently. Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations and organization
• Manage inventory using Fishbowl Inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory receipts, transfers, and adjustments
• Receive and properly store incoming materials
• Pick and stage materials for production
• Pick and prepare finished-goods orders for shipment
• Coordinate LTL shipments, freight brokers, pickups, and deliveries
• Load and unload trucks using a forklift
• Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Purchasing
• Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized warehouse
• Proactively identify and solve warehouse and inventory issues Qualifications
• Warehouse, inventory, or shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Forklift experience required
• Inventory management system experience; Fishbowl preferred
• LTL freight/broker experience preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to multitask and prioritize
• Trainable and a fast learner
• Highly motivated and proactive
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50-75 LBS
