Job Description

Keep products moving. Keep customers happy. The Material Handler is the link between production, customer service, and the outside world. In this role, you ll manage the flow of materials and finished goods-making sure everything is received, tracked, shipped, and delivered accurately and on time. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that blends forklift work, systems management, and constant communication. What You ll Do Enter and manage daily shipping and pickup information in third-party portals Process shipments and inventory transactions in the ERP system (EFI Radius) Receive and reconcile raw materials and finished goods from production Create and manage inventory labels within the system Track shipments and communicate delivery timelines to the Customer Service team Coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries Maintain proper inventory records, including corrections and adjustments Monitor and maintain lead times for shipping supplies Compile and organize shipping and receiving documentation Track and document damaged or rejected materials Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes What Makes You a Great Fit Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills Comfortable working in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams Problem-solver who takes initiative and follows through Organized, reliable, and able to stay calm under pressure Customer-focused mindset with a drive to meet and exceed expectations Requirements Forklift experience (required) Forklift certification (required) Experience in a manufacturing or shipping environment preferred Familiarity with ERP systems (EFI Radius a plus) Why This Role Matters You re the checkpoint between done and delivered.
