Job Description
Join our full-time warehouse team and play a key role in keeping production and shipping running smoothly. You will handle finished product, prepare orders for shipment, and keep our freezer warehouse clean and organized. Employees also take home weekly factory seconds — your freezer will never be empty! Day-to-day responsibilities include manually stacking finished product from rollers onto pallets in the freezer, repeatedly lifting 35-pound cases from floor level to build pallets up to six feet high. You will use pallet jacks and forklifts to move, shrink wrap, rotate, and store pallets of finished goods, and follow daily picking tickets to build and stage orders for shipping. Additional duties include loading and unloading inbound and outbound trucks, verifying piece counts, and completing paperwork for received and shipped goods. Some data entry using inventory management software is required. All team members are expected to maintain general housekeeping in the freezer and warehouse. Shifts & Pay Day Shift, Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM $19.50/hr. to start Swing Shift, Part-Time, Monday through Thursday 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM $19.50/hr. to start Grave Shift, Monday through Thursday 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM $21.50/hr. ($19.50 base pay plus $2.00/hr. shift differential) Raise to $20.50/hr. base pay upon forklift certification, with ongoing opportunities to increase pay with experience and performance.
