Our client, a leading logistics and manufacturing organization, is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join their team. As a Warehouse Specialist , you will be part of the operations team supporting inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Mon-Fri | 6:00AM-2:30PM
• What's the Job?
• + Coordinate and process incoming deliveries to ensure accurate documentation and timely delivery to the appropriate departments or warehouse locations.

+ Accurately document and process outgoing shipments, including loading trucks to meet shipping schedules.

+ Perform daily cycle counts of raw materials, molded components, and finished goods to maintain inventory accuracy.

+ Operate forklifts, walkie riders, order selectors, or pallet jacks to move materials efficiently within the warehouse.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and GMP procedures.

• What's Needed?
• + High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ At least 2 years of related experience in warehouse operations or logistics.

+ Knowledge of shipping, loading, and off-loading trailers, including handling international shipments and commercial invoices.

+ Valid forklift operator certification and experience with forklift operation.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new software such as Oracle.
