This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, variety, and being part of live event production. From setting up events and operating AV equipment to organizing inventory and supporting warehouse operations, no two days are the same. What You'll Do Set up and strike live events Assist with audio, video, lighting, and event production equipment Load, unload, prep, and transport event inventory Organize and maintain warehouse equipment and inventory Prep orders and ensure equipment is tested and event-ready Support event load-ins, setups, and load-outs alongside the production team Track customer orders, work orders, and shipping orders Verify equipment accuracy and quality before delivery Help with inventory counts, labeling, and warehouse organization Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and event materials What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed Comfortable with physical work and repetitive movement Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs High school diploma or GED preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Basic comfort with technology (iPads/tablets) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Professional appearance and team mindset Why Join In The Event?
