This is a physically active role ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by performance-based pay. Job Overview As part of our team, you will play a key role in efficiently moving freight in and out of trailers while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Loading Responsibilities:

Hand-load boxes from a conveyor onto trailers (floor loading) Scan packages into the trailer using handheld devices Move cages to and from staging areas Ensure loads are organized, secure, and handled efficiently

Unloading Responsibilities:

Unload boxes from trailers onto a conveyor system Scan packages and sort them into designated cages Maintain speed and accuracy in a high-volume workflow

Compensation:

Paid per trailer / per case loaded or unloaded Average earnings: $16

• 25 per hour Top performers can earn $25
• 35 per hour The more efficiently you work, the more you earn

Schedule:

1st

Shift:

Monday

• Thursday, 7:00 AM
• 5:30 PM 10-hour shifts (4-day work week) Occasional weekend work as needed

Requirements:

Strong attendance and punctuality are essential Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Must be able to lift and carry 5-50 lbs consistently Capable of sustained physical activity for extended periods Reliable transportation required
