Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead a crew in the field, ensuring the timely and high-quality completion of landscape construction and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who takes pride in their work and motivates their team to perform at their best. Rock wall and water feature experience a plus. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a crew of 2-6 landscape technicians Execute landscape construction or maintenance tasks according to project plans Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations Coordinate daily tasks and logistics, including equipment and material handling Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and job specifications Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members Maintain safety standards and enforce safety policies on job sites Train new crew members and mentor staff to develop their skills Skills 3+ years of landscape experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques, tools, and materials Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Excellent leadership and communication skills Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish Valid driver's license Must be able to drive with a trailer Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
