Position Summary The Warehouse Teammate plays a key role in both inbound and outbound warehouse operations — ensuring products are received, stored, picked, and shipped accurately and safely. This position requires adherence to all company safety policies, participation in required training, and collaboration with other team members to meet operational goals. This is a full-time, non-exempt position within the Warehouse Operations team. Responsibilities Inbound Operations Inspect containers and trailers upon arrival to ensure they are safe to work. Unload inbound shipments and verify contents against documentation in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Count, receive, and properly store inventory in designated locations. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial equipment safely and only after completing company-provided certification or training. Outbound Operations Pick, stage, and load customer orders accurately and efficiently. Verify outbound shipments for accuracy before dispatch. Maintain clean and organized staging areas and loading docks. General Duties Operate all Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and according to company procedures. Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and follow all safety and company policies. Support other departments such as inventory control, order picking, or kitting as needed. Suggest improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Knowledge of warehouse operations, procedures, and basic equipment. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for most of the shift. Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening in accordance with company policy and applicable law. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate:

$19.00 per hour (non-exempt; eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state wage laws).
