Job Duties Pick products accurately based on customer orders. Pack customer orders for shipment. Sort completed orders according to shipping method and carrier. Locate, organize, and replenish merchandise throughout the warehouse. Receive, count, identify, and organize incoming inventory as assigned. Use RF scanners and computer systems to locate and process inventory and orders. Operate carts safely. Maintain an organized and clean work area. Follow established safety procedures and company policies. Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Assist with additional warehouse and fulfillment duties as needed. Work collaboratively with other members of the warehouse team to meet daily production and shipping goals. Requirements Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse scanning systems. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous warehouse, fulfillment, picking/packing, inventory, or shipping experience is a plus but may not be required. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
