Warehouse Associates:

Assist the department by selecting product as requested Troubleshoot work process issues and report them to leads or supervisors Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Perform tasks including picking, packing, stocking, building boxes and displays, and other general warehouse duties Interact across departments to assess needs and improve process consistency and integrity Build knowledge and skills through continuous learning and training Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor with coworkers and supervisors Support and commit to company-wide quality and safety standards Work in any assigned department as outlined in the primary duties

Ability to communicate effectively with management and coworkers Ability to read, analyze, and interpret job-related documents Ability to understand written and verbal instructions Basic math skills required Ability to multitask and complete assignments in a timely manner Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience using RF scanners preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred Continued education preferred Prior experience in a distribution center is a plus Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and perform repetitive hand motions Occasionally required to reach overhead, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
