• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Material Handlers to join our mailing services production team.

This role involves efficiently managing the movement and distribution of materials within the production environment. The ideal candidate will possess warehouse experience, physical stamina and ability to use a manual pallet jack, and some mechanical knowledge. Proficiency with heavy equipment such as forklifts and clamp trucks may be useful, but is not required. Your responsibilities will include moving inventory pallets with a manual jack, building pallets by hand, stacking and unstacking boxes and mail trays, reading instructions in English, communicating with other employees in English. This position is vital to maintaining smooth operations, accurate inventory control, maintaining safe and clear pathways, recycling operations, and efficient production processes. Experience Prior experience in warehouse distribution or related logistics roles preferred Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and inventory control practices Experience with heavy lifting techniques and materials handling safety standards Understanding of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations Construction or industrial experience is advantageous but not mandatory If you are energetic, proactive, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced mail production environment, we encourage you to apply today.
