Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Machine Operators, General Labor, and Cleaning Staff. In this dynamic role, you will be integral to maintaining a smooth manufacturing environment, ensuring equipment operates efficiently, workspaces stay clean and safe, and production runs seamlessly. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in manufacturing processes while contributing to a productive and positive workplace atmosphere. Whether operating complex machinery or supporting daily facility needs, your proactive approach will help drive our success forward. Responsibilities Operate a variety of manufacturing machinery including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake machines, and CAM programming tools to produce high-quality parts and products. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) specifications to ensure precise fabrication and assembly. Utilize hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and maintain quality standards. Handle materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse equipment for materials handling and inventory management. Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance; troubleshoot mechanical issues using mechanical knowledge and factory experience. Maintain cleanliness of work areas by performing general cleaning tasks to uphold safety standards and promote a healthy work environment. Support assembly line operations by assisting with fabrication, packaging, or other production tasks as needed. Follow safety protocols diligently; wear appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times during operations. Experience Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment is highly preferred. Familiarity with CNC programming, CAD (Computer-Aided Design), SolidWorks, or similar design software is advantageous. Hands-on experience with tooling setup, welding, fabrication, or machining processes such as CNC milling or CNC turning is a plus. Knowledge of quality control procedures including the use of calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools. Ability to read blueprints accurately and understand technical drawings for machining or assembly tasks. Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations related to manufacturing processes.
