In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading shipments, organizing freight, and ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently. This position plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and meeting delivery deadlines. Responsibilities Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers Move, stack, and organize products in the warehouse Ensure all items are handled safely to prevent damage Verify shipments against paperwork or system records Assist with sorting, labeling, and staging outgoing freight Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow company safety policies and procedures Work as part of a team to meet daily productivity goals Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs (or more as needed) Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Basic attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality Previous warehouse or loading experience is a plus, but not required Preferred Qualifications Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts (a plus) Familiarity with warehouse operations or logistics Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
