Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer and be a vital part of our hands-on operations! In this role, you will act as a laborer assisting the foreman and company owner on various job sites such as excavation, demolition, and fence building. This is an entry level position so no experience is required, however we do have higher starting rates available for applicants with experience. There is room to be trained in more skilled tasks and be promoted to higher paying roles after some time with the company. Duties Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment around the worksite Prepare job sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing supplies Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials Support skilled tradespeople and equipment operators as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and disposing of waste properly Operate basic machinery or equipment with proper training to aid in project completion Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling frequently Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team Basic understanding of safety procedures in a construction or industrial environment Prior experience in general labor or construction is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Reliable transportation to get to job sites regularly
