Temporary Apply for this job now Job Description We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Assistant to join our client s team in Snetterton. This is a varied role within a busy warehouse environment, covering goods in, stock control, despatch and general warehouse duties, while also providing support to the technical and purchasing teams. Key Responsibilities Receiving goods and supplies and checking product descriptions, quantities and quality. Storing goods safely and accurately, ensuring stock is correctly identified and located. Creating pick tickets and despatch notes. Preparing stock for despatch by external logistics suppliers. Carrying out regular stock counts and maintaining accurate stock records. Assisting the technical team with basic engineering duties. Supporting the buying team with basic purchasing tasks. Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping within the warehouse and working area. Following company procedures and warehouse processes. Working in line with quality standards and company policies. Adhering to all health and safety regulations. Completing any other reasonable duties as required by the Warehouse or Supply Chain Management team. About You The successful candidate will ideally have: Previous experience in a warehouse, stores or stock control environment. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisational skills. A reliable and hardworking attitude. Good communication skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. A good understanding of warehouse health and safety. Basic computer skills. Previous experience with stock control, purchasing or a technical/engineering environment would be advantageous. Working Hours Monday to
