Team members will pick, scan, pack and ship ticket orders, by physically pulling inventory from varying locations and shelves and completing orders to ensure accurate delivery of ordered items. They also perform additional tasks as deemed necessary by Management. Essential Responsibility Will pick orders distributed electronically by our WMS or assigned by a member of the Warehouse Management Team. Treat product with care and not damage any of our items, equipment, or facility. Pick orders as they come out, including stocking orders. Complete orders and make them ready to ship. Invoice orders in the system and proceed to the next order. Orders must be completed accurately and completely. Make certain that the quantity and the items being picked are correct. Clean and maintain workstations, supplies, tools, and company equipment. In order to ensure compliance with safety regulations, (OSHA). Maintain Daily Logs for Equipment including forklifts and high reach. Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to Warehouse Management Team. Items must be stored correctly and accurately. Examine shipment contents and compare with records such as manifests, invoices, BOL's or orders to verify accuracy . Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies for reporting , accounting , or recordkeeping purposes. Provide assistance and or direction to other warehouse associates, as necessary. The essential responsibilities require the following
Physical/Mental/Sensory Abilities:
Constantly moves about inside and outside of the building to coordinate work. Maintain a stationary position at certain times during the workday. Ascend/descend stairs as needed. Typically bends, stoops, crouches, and reaches on a regular basis. Reach over head, behind and across body. Must have ability to stay on their feet for long periods of time. Lift up to 70 pounds unassisted. Operate computer, telephone, and other office equipment, including grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive motion. Observe and identify surroundings. Judge distances and spatial relationships so as to see objects where and as they actually are. Ability to distinguish colors. Employee will be trained in all Warehouse SOP's, (Standard Operating Procedures). Employee will be given a complete copy, which the employee will sign for. Operate, move, install, remove, and/or transport equipment or machinery, including grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive motion. Distinguish sounds. Comprehend and exchange detailed information, including conveying it to others accurately, loudly, and/or quickly. Concentrate, recognize, remember, reason, analyze and make decisions. Working Conditions:
Works indoors and outdoors and may be subject to high levels of noise, heights, dust, fumes, dirt, grime, and grease normally associated with this type of work environment. Ability to work in non-climate control environment-heat or cold. Subject to exposure to fluctuations in weather. Subject to frequent interruptions and communications from work or fellow employees. Involves minimal risk to physical and/or mental health and safety 25% to 50% of the time (e.g., exposure to heavy equipment, etc.). The essential responsibilities require the following
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Expected to report to work on time and work the full established schedule. Knowledge of outdoor power and landscaping equipment or parts. Expected to develop knowledge of our product line over time. Proficient in oral and written communications skills (ability to read and write, follow written and verbal instructions, and communicate effectively in English.) Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in customer relationship building. This includes presenting a courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and patient demeanor with customers and co-workers. Strong analytical, critical thinking, accounting, and problem-solving skills. Detail oriented, good judgment, display positive attitude and self-motivated Safety conscious and have the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely. Good organizational and time management skills: ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. Good computer skills Willing to learn new skill sets to further career. Level of Education High School Diploma or equivalent. Professional Licenses/Certifications Employee will be Forklift Certified by the company, which must be maintained. Experience At least 1 year of related work experience in a warehouse environment and RF scanner experience preferred.

8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Saturday:
