Job Description
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in keeping our operation running smoothly by supporting warehouse functions, coordinating deliveries, and helping ensure customers receive the right parts on time. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in staying organized, and likes being part of a hardworking team. Responsibilities Check, verify, load, stock, and pull inventory to support branch and customer orders. Prepare and load products for shipment and delivery. Coordinate and dispatch company delivery vehicles to ensure efficient and timely deliveries. Communicate with drivers and team members regarding delivery schedules, route changes, and customer needs. Perform daily inspections of warehouse equipment including, but not limited to, forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and push carts. Operate warehouse machinery in accordance with established safety procedures. Verify and complete all required documentation, shipping paperwork, and reports accurately. Comply with hazardous material regulations and company safety procedures. Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment at all times. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Physical Demands and Working Conditions Ability to repeatedly exert up to 75 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects. Ability to push/pull up to 300 lbs with mechanical assistance such as hand trucks, barrel dollies, or hydraulic lifts. Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, climbing, pushing, pulling, stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, and working at a quick pace. Frequent talking, hearing, and close visual acuity required. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Ability to pass a drug test and background check. Strong organizational and communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to follow instructions and complete required training. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. A high school diploma and/or GED is required. Basic computer skills
