Job Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker, where you'll be a vital part of ensuring smooth and efficient operations. In this energetic role, you'll handle a variety of tasks including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Your proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while supporting the overall logistics process. This paid position offers an engaging opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse operations and logistics management within a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure accuracy and safety. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing inventory management software and warehouse management systems. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and regular stock counts, ensuring alignment with ERP systems and inventory management software. Organize warehouse space efficiently by stocking shelves, labeling products, and managing stock rotation to optimize storage capacity. Assist with shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and shipping & receiving protocols. Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively while adhering to safety standards and trade compliance guidelines. Support warehouse distribution activities by loading/unloading trucks, managing order picking & packing processes, and ensuring timely order fulfillment for e-commerce or retail channels. Requirements Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems (such as AS400), and MRP tools is highly desirable. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts, order quantities, and shipping documentation. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting purposes. Valid certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for stock management and order accuracy. $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
