AmeriStaff Employment & Staffing Solutions is seeking an Outbound Truck Loader for a company located in Rocky Mount, VA. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable handling fragile products in a fast-paced shipping environment.

Pay:

$14.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM, with potential overtime until 5:30 PM Responsibilities of the

Outbound Truck Loader:

Load fragile products onto outbound trailers safely and efficiently. Handle products carefully to prevent damage during loading and transportation. Operate manual and electric pallet jacks and two-wheel hand trucks to move products. Stack and arrange products within trailers to maximize available space while maintaining product safety. Lift, carry, and move products weighing 50+ pounds throughout the shift. Inspect loads and ensure products are properly positioned and secured for shipment. Maintain a clean and organized loading and shipping area. Follow all company safety procedures and shipping guidelines. Perform other warehouse and shipping duties as assigned. Requirements of the

Must be able to lift and handle 50+ pounds throughout the workday. Must be able to safely operate or be willing to learn to operate manual and electric pallet jacks and two-wheel hand trucks. Must be comfortable handling and loading fragile products. Must be able to perform repetitive lifting, moving, stacking, and loading duties. Must be dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance. Must be willing and available to work overtime as needed.
