We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join a growing distribution operation serving the automotive industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, pulling and staging orders, and ensuring products are safely handled and stored throughout the warehouse. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations Pull, stage, and prepare orders for customer pickup and distribution Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and physical inventories Inspect products for damage or defects and report discrepancies Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and order pickers Assist with loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently Process returns and restock inventory as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Follow all company safety procedures and policies Complete warehouse documentation and inventory transactions accurately Provide support to warehouse leadership and assist with other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred Ability to safely lift 35-45 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally Experience operating forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems are a plus High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required Experience handling automotive parts, glass products, or similar materials is a plus Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Employee Assistance Program Educational Assistance Opportunities Work Shoe/Boot Program Prescription Safety Glasses Program Life Insurance Employee Discount Programs Annual Performance Reviews and Pay Increases Opportunities for Advancement and Career Growth #IND123
