We stay ahead of the competition through advanced technology and exceptional service Job Overview L&E Meridian is hiring a Warehouse /Mail Shop Material Handler to support mail production and warehouse operations. This role involves handling materials, staging inventory, operating warehouse equipment, and supporting mail shop workflows to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time. We offer two shifts, a fast-paced work environment, and paid on-the-job training for entry-level candidates.

2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Responsibilities Pull, stage, and transport materials for the mail shop Stock inserter machines with trays and sleeves Load/unload trailers and move pallets within the facility Operate warehouse equipment: stand-up forklift, pallet jacks, strapping machine, cardboard compactor Enter overage stock into inventory systems after jobs are complete Wrap, stack, and tag completed mail skids for USPS submission Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Follow USPS mail requirements and internal procedures Support mail shop staff as needed and assist with workflow Work overtime as required Requirements Warehouse, mail shop, or production experience preferred, but entry-level candidates welcome Ability to operate a stand-up forklift Basic computer skills for inventory and production tracking Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 70 lbs, and bend regularly during shifts Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills Valid driver's license with insurable record preferred Education High school diploma or GED required Experience with operating the power equipment are plus but not required.
