We install industrial pallet racking of all shapes and sizes in warehouses across Virginia and North Carolina. We are also a full-service forklift dealer. We are looking for a Installation Associate . This is a hands on position installing industrial pallet racking in warehouses. depósito Objectives of this Role This is a labor heavy position. As your skill set grows, so will your pay. Ability to occasionally travel and stay in locations required. Install industrial pallet racking with installation team. Drive 26 ft flatbed truck. Experience preferred Pull or learn to pull a trailer with a forklift on it. Maintain a safe work environment by following company policies and procedures and complying with OSHA regulations- steel toe boots/safety rigging required Follow all directives from Install manager and upper management Display high degree of customer service in customer business Skills and Qualifications Safety first mentality/Work with Warehouse manager to co-ordinate jobs State driver's license with satisfactory DMV driving record. Must be self-motivated, a team player, and able to perform physical labor and lift 50+ lbs regularly. This is a heavy labor position. Ability to drive a company vehicle safely at all times and maintain a clean driving record- DMV report required at time of hire Reliable transportation to and from office or to job sites Excellent time management skills, without direct supervision Ability and willingness to follow management directives Ability to travel as needed based on project scheduling Proficient knowledge of warehouse best practices Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work with all levels of company staff Understanding of workplace safety and rules Experience operating a forklift Must be able to kneel, bend, crawl and perform physical labor
