Overview Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer
  • Painter, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality painting and finishing services across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primer using hand tools and power tools. Apply paints, stains, primers, and specialty coatings using airless paint spraying equipment or brushes and rollers. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute projects. Perform plastering, stucco application, drywall installation, and trim carpentry to ensure smooth finishes. Conduct restoration work on existing structures by repairing damaged surfaces and updating finishes during remodeling projects. Utilize construction estimating skills to assess project scope, materials needed, and timeframes for painting jobs. Maintain safety standards on-site by handling tools properly, adhering to protocols, and ensuring a clean work environment. Skills Proficiency in residential and commercial painting techniques with knowledge of color theory for aesthetic results. Experience with construction site activities including framing, masonry, concrete finishing, and drywall installation. Ability to operate hand tools such as caulking guns, saws, drills, and other power tools efficiently. Knowledge of schematics and blueprints for accurate project execution; basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Familiarity with industrial painting processes including airless paint spraying and welding for specialized applications. Hands-on experience in renovation projects involving fixture installation, restoration work, or remodeling efforts. Strong understanding of construction safety practices combined with handyman experience for versatile task management.
