We are looking for teammates who can match that level of service. Duties Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles to deliver goods to customers across designated routes Load and unload shipments using pallet jacks, and manual lifting techniques to ensure efficient handling of inventory Verify delivery orders, inspect packages for damage, and obtain signatures upon delivery to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records throughout your shift Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions or concerns professionally during deliveries Assist in warehouse organization by moving stock, restocking shelves, and preparing shipments for dispatch Follow all safety protocols during driving, loading/unloading, and warehouse activities to promote a secure working environment Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with route driving expertise Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Warehouse experience including load & unload procedures, inventory management, and equipment operation Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks and commercial vehicles with manual transmission preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely and efficiently Certification or experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus Knowledge of safety standards related to driving, warehouse work, and equipment use This role offers an engaging blend of driving precision and warehouse versatility.
