Job Description

Job Summary Kalow Technologies is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support inventory management, receiving, shipping, storage and stock organization, and customer product handling throughout the facility. This position involves physical material handling, inventory tracking, database entry, and local transportation of materials and customer equipment using the company box truck, fork truck, forklift, pallet jack, etc. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and willing to support multiple departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, organize, and distribute materials throughout the facility Open, inspect, photograph, and inventory customer-returned machines and products Enter serial numbers and inventory data accurately into company databases and tracking systems Maintain accurate inventory locations and inventory counts Operate pallet jacks, hand carts, forklifts, and other material handling equipment safely (licensed/accredited operators is a plus) Drive the company box truck locally between facilities and for occasional deliveries or pickups Use hand tools and power tools as required Maintain organized storage areas and clean workspaces Follow detailed work instructions, inventory procedures, and safety requirements Support Shipping, Receiving, Inventory, Production, and other departments as needed Assist with loading and unloading materials, machines, and customer product Perform work at a steady and consistent pace while maintaining attention to detail Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card (this includes a drug test) as a requirement of the position Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, with occasional heavier lifting Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using computers and iPads for inventory tracking and documentation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand carts Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to support the team where needed Comfortable working in industrial, warehouse, or storage environments Experience with scheduling the services of freight carriers for trailer movements in yard, or short-haul Preferred Experience Manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory management experience Experience working with serial number tracking or inventory databases Familiarity with mechanical or electrical components
Pay:
$18.00 per hour
