Job Description
HIRING:
2 Furniture Movers / Warehouse Help — Anacortes $25-30/hr DOE Center Stage Home Design is a home staging company in Anacortes. We furnish empty houses so they sell faster — which means we move a lot of beautiful furniture in and out of a lot of nice homes. We're hiring two people to move furniture, load and unload the truck, and keep our warehouse organized.The work:
- Load and unload furniture, rugs, art, lamps, and decor
- Drive our box truck to job sites across Skagit, Whatcom, Island, and Snohomish counties (regular WA driver's license — no CDL needed)
- Help keep the warehouse clean and organized between jobs
- Treat every home and every piece like it's expensive — because it is The honest details, up front:
- Shifts are usually 3-4 hours, plus drive time
- On-call scheduling — we can't guarantee set days or hours, and it slows down heading into winter
- Great fit if you have flexible days or another income and want steady, well-paid side work. This is not a 40-hour-a-week job.
- $25-30/hr depending on experience What we're looking for:
- Shows up on time, ready to work, every time
- Can lift and carry furniture with a partner for a full shift
- Clean driving record
- Careful hands — nothing gets dinged, dragged, or dropped
