General Labor / Production Associate We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Fabricator / Production Associate to join our team. This role involves selecting appropriate materials, operating various fabrication machines, and assembling sheet metal components with precision and safety.

$22-28 DOE

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday; 430am - 1pm

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate sheet metal components according to specifications, blueprints, and work orders Operate machinery including shears, brakes, roll formers, plasma cutters, and other metal fabrication equipment Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards and customer requirements Measure, cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal parts with precision and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals Monitor equipment for proper functioning and report maintenance needs Perform other duties as assigned to support overall production operations

Qualifications & Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal fabrication machinery Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and quality Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Welding experience a plus but not required Available to work overtime as needed Apply today and one of our recruiters will help you get started asap!
