Job Description

Now Hiring:
Production Operator (Full-Time, Day Shift) Join a small, hardworking team where your effort matters. We're looking for a reliable individual ready to learn, stay busy, and be part of a solid crew. No experience? We're willing to train.
What You'll Do:
  • Operate a forklift (training provided if needed)
  • Run and monitor a high-speed spooling machine
  • Perform heavy lifting and material handling
  • Stand and stay active throughout your shift
Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM
  • 4:30 PM
  • No weekends
Pay & Benefits:
  • Starting pay: $19.50/hour
  • Raise after probation period
