Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic familiarity or hands-on experience with machines, metal-working, or lathes is a plus
  • Previous warehouse or manufacturing preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
  • Attention to detail and safety-first mindset
  • Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude Responsibilities Manage shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks Perform order picking, packing, and stock replenishment with precision to meet daily order demands Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels and update records accurately Conduct regular inventory counts, audits, and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy Prepare shipments for dispatch by packaging products according to trade compliance standards and international trade regulations Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate warehouse distribution activities and optimize shipping logistics workflows Skills Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office tools for data entry and reporting Strong understanding of inventory management principles and order fulfillment procedures Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities during stocking or order picking Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams and external partners Knowledge of shipping & receiving processes, packaging standards, and trade compliance regulations Ability to perform data entry accurately while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic machine, tapping or lathe skills beneficial Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly contribute to the success of our supply chain.
