Warehouse Specialist (Plumbing Industry)

At Robison Plumbing Service , our Warehouse Specialist is the backbone of daily operations—making sure every truck is stocked, every job has the right materials, and nothing slows the team down. If you're organized, proactive, and take pride in keeping things dialed in, this is a role where you'll make a real impact every single day. What You'll Do Stage and prepare materials for daily crew dispatch Create purchase orders and keep inventory fully stocked Receive, label, and track materials by job Keep the warehouse, yard, and tools clean and organized Manage truck stock, tool check-out, and returns Coordinate with vendors on deliveries, returns, and warranties Track job materials and provide daily updates Research parts and anticipate inventory needs Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy Help improve systems and maintain safety standards What You Bring Warehouse and inventory experience (required) Strong organization and attention to detail Clear communication and problem-solving skills Mechanical aptitude—you're comfortable around tools and materials Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license & ability to lift up to 75 lbs Basic computer skills (Excel & Word)
