About the job Currently Hiring for PIT Operators on the overnight shift. Shift start time is 7pm. Role Description This full-time, on-site Warehouse Associate role is based in Burbank, WA. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving inbound shipments, verifying documentation, and organizing inventory. Typical tasks include unloading trucks, packing and preparing orders for shipment, staging and moving products within the facility, and operating warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner. The role also involves maintaining a clean and orderly work area, following safety and quality standards, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet productivity and accuracy goals. Qualifications Experience with core warehouse operations such as Shipping & Receiving and Packing. Ability to safely perform physical tasks including Unloading trucks and handling freight. Skill in operating warehouse equipment, including Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack use. Basic math and counting skills for inventory and order verification. Ability to follow safety protocols and company procedures consistently. Strong attention to detail and reliability in timekeeping and task completion. Capacity to lift and move materials as required by warehouse activities. Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent beneficial.
