Warehouse Associate

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Warehouse Associate role in Burlington, WA. Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper storage. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning systems and data entry. Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with inventory audits. Ensure warehouse areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Load and unload trucks while following proper material handling procedures. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals. Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse experience required. Forklift experience required. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods. Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and time management skills. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime as needed.
