293419470 Job Description Seafood processing and cold storage company is looking for a Tally Assistant for full-time, year-round, employment. We all work together to do things as accurately and efficiently as possible. We believe we should complete our jobs with the same goal in mind. Customer Satisfaction! This position is responsible for contributing to the accuracy of the production in and production out paperwork. We strive to meet and exceed company and customer standards and comply with all government regulations. We are a company that cares about its reputation and its employees. We are expanding our cold storage and looking to hire people to grow with our company which is in our 25th year of business. Duties will include inspecting, weighing, and monitoring the flow of seafood to the production line, as well as completion of accurate daily paperwork in order to meet required specifications. HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE

• Working hours are generally 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday-Friday.

During peak season the job may require overtime work hours later than 4:00 pm and/or weekends. Must be available during all production hours.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• This is a warehouse position not an office position.
• At least one year warehouse support experience preferred. Some experience in a food processing or food manufacturing company preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to speak, read and write English is a necessity.
• Good oral and written communication skills imperative.
• Clear and concise handwriting is imperative.
• Excellent attention to detail and mathematical calculations.
• Must be able to work well with others and with minimal supervision.
• Forklift experience helpful but not necessary.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and work on your feet.
• Must be able to work in a wet and sometimes cold environment.
• Math test will be given in person at time of application.
• Background check and drug test required.
