Job Title:

General Laborer Pay- 18$/h Location- Cle Elum, WA  Job Description This role supports a high-end cabinet manufacturing facility by performing a variety of hands-on tasks, including general labor, cabinet building, cleaning, and machine operation. You will contribute to the production of residential and commercial cabinets and doors by assisting throughout the manufacturing process and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Responsibilities Perform general labor tasks to support daily production activities in the cabinet manufacturing facility. Assist with cabinet building, including handling materials, assembling components, and supporting experienced builders as needed. Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently after receiving appropriate training. Use hand tools and power tools to assemble, adjust, and finish cabinet parts and related components. Maintain a clean and orderly work area by sweeping, cleaning surfaces, and removing debris throughout the shift. Follow established safety procedures and guidelines while working with machinery, tools, and wood materials. Handle, move, and stage materials and finished products to support smooth workflow in production areas. Inspect materials and assembled components for basic quality issues and report any defects or concerns to the appropriate personnel. Essential Skills Experience performing general labor in a production, construction, or manufacturing environment. Ability to assist with cabinet building tasks, including basic assembly and material handling. Ability to operate manufacturing machinery and equipment safely after training. Proficiency using hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, and measuring tools. Proficiency using power tools such as drills, saws, and other woodworking equipment. Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, stand for extended periods, and lift materials as required. Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area and follow established cleaning routines. Commitment to following safety procedures in a loud, active production environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Background in construction, woodworking, or cabinet production is beneficial. Previous experience in a production or assembly setting is an asset. Comfort working around sand, dust, and wood materials. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Why Work Here? The schedule typically runs from 5:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., providing a consistent daytime work pattern. You will regularly use hand tools, power tools, and production machinery while working on the shop floor in a practical, hands-on environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Cle Elum, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
