293365009 Job Description 16d Night Warehouse Associate #26-374 Kent, Washington, United States Working Locations Kent , Washington , United States Pay Range $20.95•$21.95 per hour Job Details Night Warehouse Associates play a pivotal role at Columbia Distributing. They are responsible for picking and preparing customer orders accurately for our delivery team. Working as a team is a critical part of this position's success. Primary Responsibilities Accurately pick customer orders using an electric pallet jack and/other provided technology Perform all duties related to shipping and picking picking-to-pallet of products Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards Demonstrate positive, cooperative, and team-oriented behavior with co-workers, supervisors, managers consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned Key Competencies Safety minded Active listening Accountability & integrity Team player & strong work ethic Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and meet deadlines Effective organizational and time management skills Ability to read, write and communicate in the English language to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals People Management None Work Environment This job operates mostly indoors with occasional outdoor work. Physical Demands Lift/carry/push/pull 50 lbs. repetitively and up to 165 lbs. Bend/stoop/crouch/squat/ use arms/wrists/hands/grasp Ability to hear Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, days and hours of work vary and may include weekends and overtime as necessary. Days/hours are Sunday•Thursday beginning at 3:30PM Travel None Required Education and Experience Minimum of 18 years of age Preferred Education and Experience Experience in a warehouse, with logistics or material handling Experience using a Pallet Jack High school diploma or GED Compensation Employees (and their families) are eligible to enroll in medical, dental and vision insurance after 60 days of continuous employment. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan after 90 days of continuous employment. Employees receive eight paid holidays and one personal day per year and are eligible for 1 week paid vacation following 1 year of continued employment. Hired applicant may be eligible for [incentives/ bonuses/ annual bonuses. Employees (and their families) are eligible to enroll in medical, dental and vision insurance after 60 days of continuous employment. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan after 90 days of continuous employment.
