Monday-Friday with potential overtime and occasional Saturdays Position Overview We are actively hiring reliable, safety-focused General Laborers to support daily operations at a busy equipment rental yard in Woodinville. This role plays a key part in ensuring equipment is prepared, organized, and ready for customer use. Ideal candidates are dependable, physically capable, and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Primary Responsibilities Load and unload rental equipment, tools, and materials safely and efficiently. Clean, inspect, and prepare equipment for customer pickup and delivery. Maintain yard organization, including staging, tagging, and storing equipment properly. Assist with basic preventative maintenance tasks (washing, fueling, checking fluids). Ability to communicate effectively with customers (written and oral). Support warehouse and yard staff with inventory handling and movement. Keep work areas clean, safe, and compliant with company standards. Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety protocols at all times. Qualifications & Requirements Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. consistently and perform repetitive physical tasks. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, cold, heat). Strong attendance and punctuality—reliability is critical. Ability to take direction and work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in construction, general labor, warehouse, or equipment yard preferred. Forklift experience is a plus (certification not required but preferred). Must wear steel-toe boots and appropriate PPE. Work Environment Outdoor equipment yard with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and moving machinery.
