Ecology is an innovative, solid wood furniture company based in Kelso, Washington, that designs and builds dining tables, benches, coffee tables, and chairs using sustainably harvested hardwoods. Our work is design-focused, made to last, and built entirely by hand for customers all over the country. We are looking for a reliable, motivated Shop Assistant to support our luxury furniture production team. This is a hands-on role in a shop environment where attention to detail and a proactive attitude are essential. Prior woodworking or production knowledge is not required. Role Details Location

Key Responsibilities:

Shop Maintenance:

Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and free of debris.

Material Handling:

Safely moving, stacking, and organizing lumber and hardware.

Production Support:

Assisting various Department Leads with basic tasks and prep work as needed.

Safety:

Strict adherence to safety rules and guidelines with no exceptions.
