Job Description
Summary
Night Warehouse Associates play a pivotal role at Columbia Distributing. They are responsible for picking and preparing customer orders accurately for our delivery team. Working as a team is a critical part of this position's success.
Primary Responsibilities Accurately pick customer orders using an electric pallet jack and/other provided technology Perform all duties related to shipping and picking picking-to-pallet of products Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards Demonstrate positive, cooperative, and team-oriented behavior with co-workers, supervisors, managers consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned Key Competencies Safety minded Active listening Accountability & integrity Team player & strong work ethic Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and meet deadlines Effective organizational and time management skills Ability to read, write and communicate in the English language to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals People Management

Work Environment
This job operates mostly indoors with occasional outdoor work.
Physical Demands Lift/carry/push/pull 50 lbs. repetitively and up to 165 lbs. Bend/stoop/crouch/squat/ use arms/wrists/hands/grasp Ability to hear Expected Hours of Work
This is a Seasonal position; days and hours of work vary and may include weekends and overtime.

Required Education and Experience Minimum of 18 years of age Preferred Education and Experience Experience in a warehouse, with logistics or material handling Experience using a Pallet Jack High school diploma or GED Compensation Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Employees are also eligible for 80 hours of vacation every year and 7-8 days of paid holidays throughout the calendar year (depending on location).
